Pretty good. Initially, we were given a Dodge hybrid SUV, but there wasn't enough space for our luggage, and the car couldn't refuel. So we contacted customer service, drove to the airport branch, and they helped us switch to a Malibu. Although it seemed like the car hadn't been cleaned before handing it to us, overall it was fine.

Not great at all. The store added insurance without informing us. We chose this rental because it's in Chinese, but they only cared about taking our money without any assistance!

Very convenient and fast, the car is also great.

I booked for 32days, but AVIS had me to comeback on 31th day and rent for another day. It was inconvenient.
