Although Al's company is a bit more expensive, it's truly reliable.

We did not get the vehicle we paid for. Was told they gave it to another party. Manager said he was fix the price and give us an additional 25 percent off. After we returned car they told us they could not do what the previous manager said. This was not our fault and we are asking for a refund. We were told one thing and another thing happened. We would like this resolved in a reasonable manner.

Like: I mainly rented the car because of the final price,
Dislike: I hate that I have to search multiple sites, to find the best deal, and somehow renting an alamo car through easyrentcars was cheaper then renting directly from alamo, but I had no issues and got a cheaper price, so overall I am very pleased......

Like: Nice friendly service at the counter. The car was excellent - large enough for all our ski gear - and there was a lot of it!!!
Dislike: Nothing - all great
