Car is in poor condition. Gave it to me with it on empty. Was literally on reserve fuel. Customer service was helpful. The shuttle bus takes forever to get you and they use a small van so if there are any other groups then you are left behind lol. Took over an hour to get over to the AVR pickup location due to slow inefficient shuttle.

Would not listen to me. Insisted I didn’t prepay. Forced to pay for a tank of gas before we could get the van.

Booking was easy. Only problem was in the office

The cost for the vehicle was a bit excessive, but all the rental agencies were gouging that the time because of events in the area. The car was dirty, had a broken motor in the left side mirror and a broken foot step on the driver floor board. The insides were a bit dirty as well, but the car ran well and the staff were very nice and quick.

The van front break was very bad condition. I suspect a transmission problem since its producing a wearied noise on the lower gears.

Everything went well as expected. Good value for the money through easy car rental.
