Like: The lot attendant was very helpful at COS, noting several missing items and damage on the bumper of the vehicle before I left the lot.
Dislike: The reservation was for a Toyota corolla, but I was given a Hyundai Elantra and was told that there were no corollas available, nor any vehicles which I could be upgraded to. The vehicle was missing the floor mats and there was minor cosmetic damage on both the front an rear bumpers.

Dollar is good. The staff is very professional. They mentioned a $4 tax when picking up the car. Make sure to inspect the car once you get it; if you're not satisfied, you can request a different one.

The receptionist added a LDW fee that I was not aware of until days after returning the car. This happened even after I told them I didn't need anything extra as I had already pre-paid the rental. When reviewing my receipt at the counter the charge looked to be just the fee of the daily rental and it was not. Please be very aware as they will tackle fees and NOT explain this to you! Very disappointing.

Easy to work with and talk to when there is a problem with the rental company. I had an issue with an over charge on my credit card during my rental and they have opened a ticket for review with the rental company (dollar rental).
