Very satisfied. The rental location and parking lot were very easy to find. However, an additional 19% tax was charged at pickup. The car had only 9 kilometers and still had the slight new car smell, reminding me of when I bought my own car. Returning the car was also easy to find, and the staff member was very friendly and even personally took us to the drop-off point.

The staff at the counter was very attentive when explaining the procedures at pick-up. We found the car was almost new with just 1,945 kilometers. At drop-off, we arrived at 8:00 PM, and there was someone on duty. We mentioned that we had filled the tank and cleaned the car. He asked, 'Are you satisfied?' We replied, 'Very much.' He then waved his hand and said, 'OK, goodbye.' It was that simple.

The car rental process was straightforward and convenient, with quick pickup, fast inspection, and clear charges. They upgraded us to an Alhambra, which had great power.

Europcar made our trip possible and the customer service and vehicle took our vacation to the next level. Everyone was very helpful, they even installed our two carseats for us! The car was clean, and exactly what our family needed - spacious and a delight to drive. Thank you Europcar!!
