Although it's not the largest car rental company judging by the return parking space, the service throughout the rental process—from picking up the car, using it, to returning it—was satisfactory. It was a good car rental experience.

“Not a good experiencie, they charge me extra for a less quality car and I felt scammed.”
About Maggiore: 5.3 /10
I felt this Tiburtina location was a little more shady than the other one in Roma Termini. The employee told me he was going to give me a White Fiat 500, but then he gave a Blue Fiat Panda (which is a bigger car with less category) so he can charge me extra.

“Great car - just what we needed.”
About Maggiore: 9.0 /10
The car was as hoped. Counter staff tried to sell larger vehicle which was unnecessary. They were almost dismissive of the insurance I had and tried to sell me more which was annoying.

No experience of price drop protector. No complaints about the online booking process.
