you should try to give your employees some customer service training. giving attitude to customers who have been waiting in line for over 60 mins after long travel days is probably not a good idea to get repeated customers. just to avoid this next time i wouldn't mind paying someone else extra $10 a day rater then dealing with your shitty staff
