We picked up and dropped off the car at different locations. At the pick-up site in central London, there was only one staff member present, and there were some language barriers. Additionally, the staff was unfamiliar with the car's navigation system, which led to us getting lost. At the airport drop-off, the staff were highly professional, warm, and patient, which moved us deeply. Their work ethic was commendable. We will definitely rent from this company again next time.

The car was in excellent condition, a new vehicle. However, the waiting time to process everything was too long. Queueing and processing took 40 minutes in total.

The pick up was terrible. We couldn't fine the place, the service was extremely slow. The car was not what we booked and too small so we had to upgrade and pay more

Fine as a platform but I didn't realise early enough that we would be dealing with Europcar. I would avoid them in the future
