Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes

Had a great experience with Routes car rental. Car exceeded my expectations and was clean and new. Pick up was a little slow but to be fair a shuttle full of customers arrived at the same time. Agent did not try to pressure or "scam" me into buying any extra insurance, toll pass or gas. Car return was super easy and fast. Shuttle to and from Routes was also fast and efficient. I would use this car rental co. again and would recommend it to anyone.

Easyrent lived up to it's name. Would use again.

improve the issue regarding insurance I had to overpay the counter

The wait time to be picked up to the office was too long. Staff were not customer friendly.

First of all, I got had to wait over 1h to get the shuttle bus from the airport and I had to call three times to finnaly get picked up and once I got to the pickup location the young kid in the counter was so roud very and kep saying I have nothing else to do and that's all we have! So I booked a small sedan car but instead he gives me a pickup truck that use a lot of gaz I use to put 40$ a day just gaz and get over charged for the insurance.

Very nice car at a very affordable rate, however it took over an hour to leave the facility...
