“I rented a Toyota Corolla and I got instead a much bigger and better car, so perfect”

They did not have record of the insurance we had already booked with easyrentcars, and they tried to make us purchase it again. Besides, they offered us a device to pay for tolls but they were unclear with the price until we were about to pay.
