Did not have any Van's available upgraded dodge Durango that was returned while waiting did not have time for them to clean. Needed more help van drivers Julio and Concetta friendly overall ok would have preferred airport pickup couldn't beat price. All things considered not bad

We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country. The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire. The brakes on the car were quite poor as well. Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.

They did not have the type of car I rent so they gave us a larger car that makes spend more money in gasoline

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.
