We turned in our car on 6/2 and we still have a hold for $500.00 on our credit card. Process to check in was ridiculous. They tried to up sell at every opportunity. Very bad experience especially since I already reserved the card & checked the items I wanted.

The seating was stained. AC was poor. The 12 volt outlet did not work making it difficult for charging the GPS which is critical when your in a new area. Had to purchase extra insurance or I would not get the car cost $170+ unnecessarily as I have rental car coverage through my provider. Never did this with National or Budget.

Car was only 3/4 full of fuel and I had to bring it back full or I would have gotten charged it. Other wise happy with company.

I was hesitant to try Green Motion since I’ve never heard of the brand but it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly.

The price offered was very reasonable and cheaper than the more popular third party brands. I like the significant price differences with protection vs. not.

Only issue was extra long wait time at airport to be picked up. Kept on hold for loooooong time when tried to call number to make sure pickup was on way - never got a person. Otherwise, excellent experience.
