It was horrible

Exceeded my expectations, staffs were so helpful and friendly. Drop off was as easy you can imagine.

It’s the best the way it is.

Wish I would have received a receipt at the time of drop off

There were 5 people walking around and 2 people at the register helping a family. I was in line for 30 minutes until someone else came to help me. It took 5 minutes to help me. I didn’t understand how it took 30 minutes to help the other people.

My pickup was to be at 12:30 am. The person at the counter said I put in 12:30pm and my vehicle was not available. I negotiated a more expensive vehicle with 'unlimited' mileage for $256. I was billed for $396 and as to this date my prepayment for the other original has not been credited to my card.

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
