Horrible experience. No cars available even with reservation.

I sent an email to Green Motion with pictures of how dirty the car was and they never answered my email back.

The lady who answered me, gave me a very poor service. Worried all the time in selling me insurance proposal and toll tag service, she did not bother to pass my credit card manually, causing the transaction to be declined for 3 times, not completing the situation on that date, what forced me to take a uber sercice to the hotel and another one to come back in Green Motion in the day after, generating a loss of US$50.00.

I was hesitant to try Green Motion since I’ve never heard of the brand but it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly.

The price offered was very reasonable and cheaper than the more popular third party brands. I like the significant price differences with protection vs. not.

Rude staff and forced us to get things we didn’t want or have never been required to get before. Coat more than the actually rental of the car.

did not have my car at rental time gave me a van but a banged up one long wait because I booked outside of green motion web site but was pleased with the experience. took more than 1 hr to get on the road. from arrival at airport. waited 45 minutes for shuttle. then at the rental desk at least 30 minutes. ladies who helped me tried to get through it as quick as they could and were very nice.
