The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

It was already reserved It felt as if I was being "sold" extras: do you want to add: gps, prepaid gas, insurance seemed to be a hugh issue since I had my own. Really hard sell by counter staff on the EasyPass toll charge of 150.00 US. A TOTAL RIPOFF. We used $8.oo worth so are out $140.00. Make sure you bring details of your insurance coverage with you or you are sure to get upsold on that as well. We felt ripped off and would not recommend this company to our friends.
