I will use again but again they need to learn a bit about guest service

I booked a 7 seater as per what was shown on line. However the first car offered on site could sit 7 but would have been very tight and there was literally no room for luggage. We had 3 kids 10-14yrs so smaller luggage so I couldn’t imagine 7 adults with larger luggage. The offer of a smaller 7 seater needs to have clarification that it will not fit any luggage. The girl at the counter realized our dilemma and was incredible to help us out. She was outstanding.

Great car. Only with they had more than one agent at the counter. Took a little longer to get through the line.

The car was fine, the over charges noted below says a lot. Staff at counter did not care

did not have my car at rental time gave me a van but a banged up one long wait because I booked outside of green motion web site but was pleased with the experience. took more than 1 hr to get on the road. from arrival at airport. waited 45 minutes for shuttle. then at the rental desk at least 30 minutes. ladies who helped me tried to get through it as quick as they could and were very nice.

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
