I was given the option for an upgrade with my Europcar Privilege card. Pick-up location at London Heathrow is via free shuttle service.

Car was new and very clean, staff were pleasant and explained everything clearly. Drop off was quick.

Very easy and a fantastic price

All Europcar staff are very helpful. the “flat tire” light went on on my dashboard. I called the customer service and they immediately directed me to a nearby garage and fix it. I have problem in finding the location to return my car. Called customer service again and they provided excellent guidance and solve my problem. Really like Europcar service. I like my VW Sharan. Very spacious which fit my requirement well. However, I think the car needs some maintenances as the engine has to be manually restarted a couple of times.

Didn’t get the car that we booked so the interior wasn’t as big. We had a pram and car seat and knew it would all fit in the original car booked so more than disappointed considering they advertise they guarantee you get the car you book.

Happy with the booking process didn’t use the price drop protector as made a late booking. Would have been very pleased with the whole process if we had received the car we had booked.
