Overall service was good, but the charges using the electronic toll card were unclear. Please explain it more clearly before renting next time.

I did wait in an endless line (at least 4 times as long as any on the other agencies counters), but I've got a higher category car than I booked (for the same price), and they honored my request to provide a car which had a recent oil change, because I was up for a long drive.

Everything was fine.

Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.
