It was okay, but the store clerk's attitude was average. They almost made me buy extra insurance. Good thing I carefully read the contract, otherwise, I would have been scammed due to my poor English.

Various scams. An Indian guy said I had to buy the insurance and refused to listen when I said no. He even refused to take a call from our Chinese coordinator! Eventually, he left the counter and hid. A woman came over to tell us our car was too small and suggested we upgrade to a bigger one. I said no, we need to resolve this issue. She replied, if you want to resolve it, find the guy from before because it's not my problem!

The car model is quite old and the manual crank windows are inconvenient. Everything else was great, and the 4WD was perfect for climbing rocky slopes.

The initial booking was great and everything went fairly smoothly. The only downside was having to wait to collect the car. It was an hour and more. The place was busy. After collection everything was fine.
