Great service

I booked online, but had to fill in information offline at the counter; this was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine.

Good service attitude, simple procedures. I have a question that I hope you can help with: During my car rental in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, I used toll roads several times. Why hasn't the toll fee been charged yet? When I rented the car, the Hertz staff said they would deduct the fees from my credit card, and it's been almost a month now.

The service was decent, and the front desk staff was okay. However, the process for returning the car was a bit unclear, and I suggest improving it.

The queue to pick up the car was very long. However, the service was very enthusiastic. There were no Chinese-speaking staff, but they had prepared Chinese translation documents for key communication topics (car models, insurance, etc.), which were clear enough to understand.

The only comment was that i ordered an X-Trail and got a KIA, which is quite considerably smaller and was a challenge getting 4 suitcases into it.
