hard to find the pick up area, waited more than 30 m. on line at the counter. the price was $ 30.00 more than the estimated price on line not happy with that.

“Great vehicle, no hassle”
About Hertz: 10.0 /10
Like: I’ve had bad experiences with car rentals before, but no hassle with Hertz about any minor scratches that were there before (which was my experience with another company). The vehicle we got was more car than we registered for—a Chevy Tahoe instead of a Pathfinder, which worked out better for us anyway. The car was clean, new and lots of features, and perfect for hauling the big group we had.
Dislike: The distance from the kiosk to the rental pickup was a bit far away—which was okay, but we didn’t walk around the car together, at least at this airport rental office.
