It was great experience hiring from Hertz overall. The price of rental was best ever and the cars were good too. My original car was great but it showed check engine light so had to get it replaced with a different car. Replacement procedure was straight forward. Thanks for the great and professional service

Best service received from qeeq. It was first time using qeeq. Great experience booking vehicle with booking confirmation straight away and great service by customer service agent later on. I tried trip.com for same rental and they couldn't confirm.... Qeeq is best

The car rental company's queue management is well-organized. They promote insurance and full-tank services, but once you decline, they generally don't push further. Returning the car is simple—just hand in the keys. The deposit pre-authorization hasn't been released yet, and I'm not sure how long it will take. I'll update my review once I find out.

The parking and rental locations are very easy to find. I rented the lowest tier Lechi, but it was unavailable later. They upgraded me to a higher tier model. They were really friendly.

“Sanitized Leftovers?”

The car had the sticker that it had been cleaned and sanitized. I found old food and someone’s discarded flight ticket with written notes all over it. During the time of Corona Virus I expected much better from Hertz.
