good value for the price paid

The car I got was better than expected. Instead of Toyota Corolla I got a Kia Forte, very roomy.

I love using easyrentcars. I never have a problem. no problem cancelling if necessary.

We reserved a Jeep Wrangler (or similar) and we’re pleased to get the Jeep as requested. The staff at pick up and drop were quick and efficient. This is my second time renting from them and will definitely do it again. The price could not be beat!

The app worked well and was easy to navigate.

My only complaint is that we had an early flight. The location was supposed to open at 6:00 am and the shuttle to the airport was supposed to leave at 6:05. They did not even open their gate/door until 6:10. It may not seem like a lot of time, but when you are trying to make a flight, it could potentially make you miss your flight.

The car exceeded my expectations the front desk staff was excellent I would definitely rent again. Did however have to wait 25 minutes to be picked up from the airport when I was told 10 to 15 minutes.
