“Disappointing.”

Very disappointed that the car was damaged on both sides, had no hub caps, and the brakes made a grinding sound when applied. As we were travelling in mountainous terrain, this was a worry. The vehicle had obviously been in an accident prior to our arrival. Also booked snow chains, but when we arrived we were told we could pick them up from Adaminaby - which was nowhere near Mt Selwyn and Tumut.

I rented the car for 3 days but was charged 4 days. Picked up the car at 1708 on 22nd and returned on 1725 on 25th. However my return was processed on 1747 instead. Felt it was unfair as the service desk didn’t inform me upfront about the late rental payment and received the bill statement the next day via email

“All good just didn't like the upgrade”

Requested a Mitsubishi ASX specific for its' size but got upgraded to an 7 seater Outlander 4WD. i normally love upgrades but not in this case. The car was too big for the narrow roads we intended to drive and most likely used more fuel than what the ASX would have done.
