Great car service

The service attitude was good but the waiting time was too long. The rental process needs improvement to shorten the time.

Car pickup was very convenient, right inside the airport.

Call centre staffed in Philippines - no idea of local operation in Brisbane or vehicles etc... reluctant to transfer to local office. Call centre advised that desk would be open til midnight as my flight was delayed. However internaltional desk was not staffed and had to go all the way to domestic terminal to collect car which added over 60mins. Wish I was told this could happen in advance.

Excess human involvement. The process could be significantly more electronic or simplified. They had to shuffle through keys thrown in a draw for 5-10 minutes before discovering they didn't have the car model ordered so they provided a suitable but very different alternative.

The experience of renting through a rental broker and not directly from a rental company was a little uncomfortable at first (is this transaction legitimate/am I getting ripped off) but in the end the cost saving was worth the third party being involved in the process.

We got a free upgrade from europcar. We booked kia rio and got nissan xtrail 4wd. Car was new, clean and spacious. The lady at the counter was very friendly.
