Overall good. The car was very new, with just over 7000 km mileage. It is rear-wheel drive, which sometimes lacked power when driving in the Tuscan countryside, especially on gravel roads or uphill dirt roads.

No upselling, smooth process, zero deposit required. The car was clean and easy to drive. We originally rented two T-Cross vehicles for 7 days but were upgraded to Skoda SUVs, which can fit 3 to 4 large suitcases. Full marks! Highly recommend this rental company!

No unnecessary insurance was upsold, and communication went smoothly. The expectation was a small SUV, but upon pickup, only a Volkswagen Golf was available as all small SUVs were gone. The car was in good condition, with only 15,000 kilometers driven and relatively new.
