Our car was supposed to be a large SUV we got a mini van... the place is off site which is a bit inconvenient the hours are not great for a super early flight. The customer service was great the agents were super nice.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
