It was fine

Had a tough time finding the location in the airport. The location is really not close to the airport and that added more time to pick up. I didn't get the Nissan Rogue as booked but a jeep which is technically an upgrade but inconvenient. The tank was half full which was always a problem for me as I didn't know how much to fill. The folks at the counter were friendly and so also the person who dropped us.

Car was great! Excellent condition. The only problem is I had a flight to catch at 6:45 and Routes did not open until 6am which I was not aware of. I assumed there would be a drop box and or instructions on what to do if you have an early flight. There was no drop box to leave the key and car. If this were available I would strongly recommend routes, otherwise if you have an early flight to catch you might want to look elsewhere. It was a great experience minus the drop off mishap.

Best customer service experience I had so far for a car rental. Everyone was so friendly and the ride was on time .

Dislike: The reservation did not say the shuttle name Route. I was looking for Essy Car Rental. I waited 45 min until I asked what color the shuttle was and they told me look for Route,

Like: Excellent value and service. Friendly shuttle driver and staff.
Dislike: Nothing negative to report. All positive.
