The jeep was awsome!

Routes staff lied about pickup time and why it took so long, 1hr after flight arrived in 90 dry heat. Car was on E and was supposed to be full. Under staffed and most didn’t know what to do. Drop off was not available at flight time so had to drop off night b4 and Uber back to hotel and then to airport next day. Extra $90

Best car rental experience I ever had in Orlando. The staff is very helpful and to the point. Billing is honest.

Good way to find a rental car online - good price, good choice of cars and local renters.

First of all, I got had to wait over 1h to get the shuttle bus from the airport and I had to call three times to finnaly get picked up and once I got to the pickup location the young kid in the counter was so roud very and kep saying I have nothing else to do and that's all we have! So I booked a small sedan car but instead he gives me a pickup truck that use a lot of gaz I use to put 40$ a day just gaz and get over charged for the insurance.

Terrible service! Took 45 min to get shuttle and only one staff to deal with 4 customers! Never again

Like: what i like to most is the people that works there Mike a manager and Kevin general manager , very nice .
Dislike: EVERTHING WAS NICE
