Like: Pick up was the slowest part, but was good. Check in was fast. I received a free upgrade as what I had reserved was already taken. For as new as they are, things were smooth. The staff were polite and knew what they were doing.

Computers were down when we were picking up the car. Took forever. Co tracy said gas would be $2.10/gallon and counter staff said that it was per kilometer not gallon and offered no explanation why it said per gallon on the contract.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

Everything was perfect except for one thing: The windshield wiper fluid ran out after just a few sprays of fluid. During one drive a bunch of insects hit the windshield and there was not enough fluid to clean it off. I had to stop at a gas station and do it myself.
