At MCO the Routes shuttle was not running late night (after 1200). I ended up renting from an company whose shuttle was available.

I waited 15-20 minutes at the airport for pickup and then 10 minutes over to Routes. I then had to wait there over an hour because there was only 1 representative. They overbooked and had no cars left so I was upgraded to a Jeep, however I had 120 mile drive to my final destination so the trip cost me more in fuel than it should have.

Easy rent was perfect easy to use, no problems.

The Kia rental didn't have spare tire. The tire blew while driving on 95 North in Florida with no low air pressure warning. We had to get tow truck to tow to tire shop to replace tire. We missed flight by 5 minutes and it cost us $500 dollars since Routes didn't provide shuttle as promised to us in timely manner and shouldn't have trusted Routes personal. Instead of relying on shuffle I should have booked Lyft or Uber

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.

Dislike: The reservation did not say the shuttle name Route. I was looking for Essy Car Rental. I waited 45 min until I asked what color the shuttle was and they told me look for Route,
