Highly recommend Europcar. Unlike other rental companies that add extra charges, the initial quote is exactly what you pay, and the final billing process is very swift.

In some areas of London, congestion charges need to be paid, but it was inconvenient for us to handle it and we couldn't complete the payment. It would be better if the rental office could assist with this service.

I have paid the full insurance from axa insurance from the qued application and the employee in the desk said that my axa insurance isn't valid because it's a third party..obviously it was lie and I paid almost 210 euros for an insurance she told me about the glasses and the tires
