Picked up the car at Edinburgh Waverley Station. Due to it being a central train station, there were many people, and we had to queue. It took over an hour from queuing to getting the car. The pleasant surprise was the vehicle upgrade, and the car came with a navigation system, which made driving to the Highlands smooth and effortless.

The car was perfectly sized. Pick up and drop of was very easy and took an acceptable amount of time. The car was incredibly economical on fuel consumption. I think my only niggle was that the car was very under-powered.
