Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.

The drop off experience was abysmal. The location was closed for our planned drop off time and nobody communicated anything to us. There was no drop box available as the business park was locked. We then called customer service who was unhelpful and proceeded to put us on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up on me. We decided to take the car to Luton airport as it was the nearest open location. The young man at reception was helpful, but I was already fuming about the additional time and stress we had to go through to drop off the car.
