Smoothest car hire experience ever! And brand new car. Can't fault it!

Very satisfied.

At the San Francisco Union Square location, there weren't many vehicle options, but there were more choices at the airport. I originally booked a mid-size SUV Toyota Rav4, but the Union Square location gave me a small SUV from Chevrolet, which wasn't powerful on the highway with steep slopes. I switched to a Jeep at Las Vegas airport and it was much better. Both cars were quite new, having been driven only a few thousand miles and ten thousand miles, respectively. Renting and returning the car at the store was very convenient.

I would have liked it if my husband was included in the rental. To pay extra for him was just not right. Next time I will check into that before booking a car. I know enterprise lets spouses drive for no extra fee.
