The booking was easy, simple and verified fully to know we had a car. At Alamo, the staff were extremely efficient and totally professional, they couldn’t do anymore to help us. I say this as I needed to get to and from the train station, whereby they assisted in giving me a ride at pick up and drop off, which was extra to requirements and this courtesy helped us no end. Can’t thank them enough for the assistance given. Totally totally recommended.

I have to say, it was as expected, details placed online and go through the service required and pay at the end. No problems and quite formal, will say that the prices were good and selection of available cars to hire was extremely good.

Personally I found the clutch pedal too close to the left side of the compartment. People with big feet might find the space between pedals too small.

The staff at the counter are really nice and proactive. They helped me as there was a problem. The cars are not brand new, they can be a little old so the drive isn't as nice. But still very good.
