The booking was easy, simple and verified fully to know we had a car. At Alamo, the staff were extremely efficient and totally professional, they couldn’t do anymore to help us. I say this as I needed to get to and from the train station, whereby they assisted in giving me a ride at pick up and drop off, which was extra to requirements and this courtesy helped us no end. Can’t thank them enough for the assistance given. Totally totally recommended.

I have to say, it was as expected, details placed online and go through the service required and pay at the end. No problems and quite formal, will say that the prices were good and selection of available cars to hire was extremely good.

The overall service was quite good. Both pickup and drop-off were very convenient. The staff, especially during the return process, was very polite. A major advantage is the relatively low deposit of only 200 GBP.

I originally rented an Opel A-type car, but there was none available on site, so I got a new Mercedes-Benz B-Class instead. The car was in excellent condition. This rental was a great deal, and the service attitude was excellent as well.

Counter staff very friendly, guy at pick up not as helpful Car had seats facing backwards, which was not on the booking and didn’t suit us with some who get car sick , but he wouldn’t swap cars without wanting to charge us . Car condition was good , but set up not good !
