The car rental location was very professional, the service was excellent, and the process of picking up and returning the car was very simple. The check-out process took about 10 minutes.

Their service is absolutely the worse. They did not have the vehicle I reserved. You could only fit 2 small pieces of luggage. I paid an extra $300.00 to upgrade!!!!!!! The people at the desk are rude!!!!! This is especially true of the manager there!!!! We had a horrible experience!!!!!!!!

The lady said I have to pay one extra fee because I dropped off earlier. Even though I dropped off the car and I didn’t get any discount even I dropped off one day earlier.

Wanted a V8, but the one I ordered wasn’t in so I had to upgrade. Went into the car park and there was the car I originally ordered. Not impressed by this and I’m still waiting for the receipt 4 days after dropping the car off. I also had to pay extra in case the car broke down and needed picking up. Why am I paying for your car to be picked up if it breaks down? You should be delivering a new car to me and apologising.
