The local staff provided excellent service, and the customer support team back in the country was very friendly. It was my first time using this app, and I couldn't find a direct contact number for customer service. The car model reserved was different from the one provided upon pickup, which was a minor inconvenience.

Car wasn’t ready, waited over 20 mins while multiple families checked in and left with same type of car, not given car seats and had to go back in to ask for them, associate kept making excuses, not polite
