The car pickup experience was okay this time. They provided a new car of the same size with only about 4,000 kilometers on the odometer. The car was in good condition and clean. However, I accidentally left my glasses in the case when returning the car. I reported it as lost property, but it hasn’t been found yet. Make sure to carefully check your personal belongings when returning the car, as it’s likely that you won’t recover anything left behind due to the fast turnover of vehicles.

Overall great experience, and the deposit was refunded quickly.

The service was excellent, and communication was very clear.
