The store location is convenient.

Car pick up time was 8.30 am. I arrived at 8.40 am. Did the paperwork in 5 mins but was waiting for the car to get ready for another 20 mins. Their car photos uploaded were at 9.02 am goes to show how important time or customer is to them. Got a ute which had really bad shock absorbers. I got a headache driving this car on day 1, fell sick due to discomfort of getting in and out of this car and the constant pain and a back ache which I can still feel 5 days after returning this car. Got my next rental car from 03.03.25- 29.03.25 from a rival car rental company. Brand new Kia cerato, good shock absorbers, comfortable and stylish and the deposit is only $100. Goes to show how the rental deposit also can vary so vastly. The only person I can truly give 5 starts to during this trip was the young lady who washed the car and when asked about which fuel to put and where, she demonstrated this with a beaming smile which can possibly be the only redemption factor to thrifty for this trip.

The car was very new, and the downtown return location was very convenient.

It was okay, but this company charged the deposit directly instead of holding it, and refunded it after the return. I lost some money due to exchange rate fluctuations, which felt unfair. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Excellent customer service beyond my expectations. Quite smooth & courteous. Can't fault.
