Very satisfied with the car rental experience!

The car rental experience this time was perfect. Upon landing, it was very easy to locate T5. Right outside the exit was Avis's shuttle, which took only five minutes to reach the rental office. There was no insurance upselling; I opted for an additional trailer insurance at £5 per day because the countryside roads were extremely narrow. When a large truck approached from the opposite direction, I had to stop on the roadside in a hurry and accidentally scratched the tire. I’m not sure if I’ll be charged for it. Upon returning the car, the staff assured me not to worry since I had purchased comprehensive insurance back in China. The trip isn’t over yet, so I haven’t seen the final billing statement.

The service attitude was excellent. However, the reserved car model was not provided initially, but they actively helped to resolve the issue.

I went to a small place, and the car was right in the parking lot. Avis was excellent, the service was good too. I returned the car at 8 PM yesterday, and by 8 AM this morning, the £200 pre-authorization was canceled. Compared to back home, the car condition was excellent, and the service was great. Moreover, there were no random charges or unnecessary insurance add-ons. This might be because the local branch can't see the insurance I bought on QEEQ. I think QEEQ didn’t coordinate this well.

Great service, the car was in excellent condition. It was a 2014 model with only a little over eight thousand miles on it.
