High cost performance

The processing efficiency was unexpectedly high.

Good service, very friendly and convenient. The car I picked up was different from the one I booked, but they gave me a Subaru instead.

Thanks to Zuzu Car for reminding us to carefully check the documents given by Alamo staff for our signature. This time, the Alamo staff really tried to give me a $36 insurance document to sign, but I immediately refused. They then had to issue a zero-dollar document for me to sign. I hope future renters will be more cautious.

スタッフはフレンドリーで事務手続きも早く、ストレスを感じませんでした。車内清掃はしっかり行われていない印象でしたが、比較的新しいサンルーフ付きのSUVで、機械的な不備は一切ありませんでした。嫌な臭いはなく、エアコンもしっかり効いたので、全体的に満足です。

車両検索から予約までとても簡単でスムーズでした。リマインダーのメールの頻度やタイミング、価格が下がった際の保証サービスまで含め、とても良いシステムだと思いました。また利用したいです。
