We were upgraded by chance which was great and meant we had a satnav built in. Staff were extremely friendly at Lille Europe and didn't push for us to take their insurance as we had our own. Car in great condition and very helpful staff.

Renting a car at Toulouse Airport terminal is very convenient. The front desk staff are very friendly and informative. Here are two small suggestions: 1. Booking in advance is much cheaper. 2. Pay attention to the road signs when returning the car, follow the guidance and avoid going the wrong way.

Provided a Volkswagen Polo compact car, but it was sufficient. Three people with three large suitcases, very fuel-efficient. Drove 700 kilometers and still had a quarter tank left, added 42 euros of diesel.
