good service good value easy to use

The car pickup was smooth, the vehicle was new and equipped with CarPlay. It had a high chassis but a compact size, making it suitable for small roads in the UK. The price was reasonable. We purchased QEEQ insurance, but they still promoted the rental company's insurance. During signing, they pre-selected it without asking, and when we requested to remove it, they claimed to have done so but actually didn't. Upon returning the car, we noticed the insurance fee was deducted. After contacting the staff present that day, they admitted the mistake and canceled it.

Very satisfied. Everything is paperless with iPads for pick-up and drop-off. In case of an accident, QEEQ needs to contact the car rental company for documents for domestic claims.

The car had a vibration between 60 and 65 and needed to have the wheels balanced. Hardly surprising with two different tyres on the front and different tyres on the rear

I was very satisfied with the service we received from the staff. All the staff were all friendly and make the pick up & drop hassle free.
