In September last year, they provided me with a car whose brake pads were severely worn and unsuitable for driving! After driving just over 50 kilometers out of London, I had to replace the brake pads, which disrupted my schedule for the entire day. We requested compensation, but there has been no response to this day!

The staff member Cullen was excellent, providing warm and patient service. Returning the car was smooth, with no unnecessary issues.

Good service

Rented an Opel, a diesel car with good power, clean, and comes with a navigation system. The driver met the requirements. Pickup was quick, and the return inspection was thorough, especially checking for tire damage.

They were helpful because kayak had falsely advertised a big commercial truck but actually booked a tiny van and remarkably pretend that that's fine they are just generic images it's quite a scam they have running there.
