It took 3 hours to complete the paperwork, and we had to wait until the next day to get the car!

When picking up the car, I was told that the seven-seater business car I booked was a manual (even though I specifically noted automatic). They then replaced it with a Volvo XC40, but my luggage didn’t fit. The staff who handed over the car had already left for the day, and I was so anxious. Luckily, a kind guy helped me switch to a Mercedes B200, which managed to fit all the luggage.

Overall, it was pretty quick. The car collection took a bit of time. I got a similar model, but the car wasn't great. It was just okay to drive.

The overall service was excellent. I've rented cars many times in London and tried several companies. Enterprise is one of my favorites. Many thanks to the QEEQ app for timely notifications, which are very helpful for forgetful or procrastinating people like me.
