Like: Quick and easy online reservation process. Provided a rental for reasonable price. Offered a slightly bigger car for no extra charges when they saw we had quite a few luggages. Offered upgrades for extra cost and was specific about differences in cost of options. Made sure we had all the information about our options to be able to make an informed decision. Tip!* Always get the super protection! You never know if someone causes damage to the car when it's parked. - a suggestion they made and it was worth it!
Dislike: Not able to make changes to reservation without cancelling previous reservation and making a new one. The person at the chat service informed me this was the only way to make changes. He was helpful, it would've been just more convenient if the option was there.

The printed form clearly stated not to add extra insurance, as I already purchased third-party full insurance. However, they still held our full insurance and theft insurance. After negotiation, they claimed to have canceled the operation, but the money has not yet been returned to my credit card.

Rented a car at Rome Termini train station, but the price was twice the original order. Spent three hours negotiating with QEEQ and the store. QEEQ thought I went to the wrong store, while the store claimed it was a system error and changed the price, wasting a lot of time.
