Please contact the staff to pick you up to Yes Rentals - Christchurch car rental when you arrived.

Christchurch International & Domestic Terminal 1.Once you have collected your luggage, please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle (0064 9217 1001). 2.Please make your way to Door 2, past the Air New Zealand check-in counters (Towards domestic arrivals/departures) 3.Please wait at courtesy shuttle area which is outside Door 2. And wait for the shuttle vans and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up(from the airport to the branch) or drop off(from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

Drop-off Instructions

Business hour return address: 152 Orchard Road, Harewood, Christchurch 8053. Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refueling service charge (NZD$25). The nearest gas station to our Christchurch Airport branch is BP 661 Russley Road Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2-minute final handover process and your away! Our Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle. Note: The last free shuttle is leaving at 17:30. If you request for shuttle drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

    I am very satisfied with the overall service. Right after landing and collecting our luggage, there was a shuttle service to pick us up. In less than ten minutes, we arrived at the store, completed the paperwork, and picked up the car. The staff was very friendly and explained in detail how to drive a hybrid car and New Zealand's traffic rules. They also gave me a New Zealand driving guide, which I found very useful since the rules are different from those in my home country. The car was also very fuel-efficient, which is great because gas prices in New Zealand are quite high. This saved me a lot of money. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose Yes Rental next time I come!
