Very satisfied, the staff were very friendly and the car pickup process was simple and convenient! The store is located near the airport, making it very easy to find. The shuttle service was quick and the overall service was excellent! I rented from them for my entire trip this time! Highly recommended!

The vehicle was very clean, and the car rental guide was provided several days in advance. The staff were very friendly. Once you arrive at the airport, you can call them, and a shuttle will take you to their office. It's very convenient.

They charged me $250 for a minute (less than 1mm) chip on the windscreen that I don't think I was responsible for.The car was quite old 130000klms on the speedo. There were several other minor chips on the windscreen, I don't believe it warranted any attention.
