Our Christchurch Airport branch is located just around the corner from the airport. It is a short 3-5-minute drive dependent on traffic from the branch. If you need to be picked up from the airport, we offer a shuttle on hand to pick you up and drop you off, just request through the GO App https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app or give us a call when you’re ready to be collected.

Drop-off Instructions

Simply park in the designated drop-off zone and take your key into the office where one of our friendly team members will check your vehicle back in. We can shuttle you back to the airport.

    Excellent service, the reception lady was super cute. I do have one note: the phone number provided by QEEQ in the order was incorrect, and it didn't mention that the shuttle pick-up point is at Gate 2 of Christchurch Airport. Due to the time difference, I couldn't reach customer service. We were in a rush and had to ask around at the airport for help, while the company staff were waiting for us at Gate 2. We ended up wasting half an hour.
