The staff at the store were quite helpful and greeted with a smile. They remind you to buy insurance, but if you've already purchased it domestically, there's no need to buy extra. However, domestic insurance claims require you to pay upfront first and then claim reimbursement from the insurance company.

The service attitude was excellent. I arrived at the airport at 7:30 in the morning, and there were already staff at the counter.

Had a bit of trouble with my phone signal at the airport, so I had to call the rental company, but the pickup spot was easy to find and the shuttle showed up in about 10 minutes. Overall the service was pretty good.

If you speak English, this car rental company is quite convenient. The service attitude is great. We rented cars twice and purchased full insurance both times. Returning the car was very easy—you just hand over the keys and can head straight to the airport. The deposit is refunded to your account in about three days. During our first rental, we got a brand-new Nissan that had only driven 1,600 kilometers. The second time, we were given a very old car with nearly 70,000 kilometers on it. However, the car was still fairly well-maintained, though it had numerous scratches. Fortunately, we purchased full insurance, so it wasn't an issue that they provided such a car. It was fine for driving in the city center, and there were no problems on the highway either. Highway tolls were charged through the credit card and were processed within approximately three days. Additionally, airport pickup is available, which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

I've used their service many times, very cost-effective, and sometimes there's even a chance for an upgrade, especially for SUVs. The process is clear.

Early in the morning there weren’t many people, so I got my car really fast.

The car was in great condition, with a mileage of around 50,000 kilometers. The interior was very clean, and there was enough space for a family of four. Both picking up and returning the car were smooth. Overall, it was a great experience.

Pick-up was really convenient. Just be careful when you return the car – the rental lot entrance is on a one-way street, so you’ll need to come in from another road on the south side of the airport.

Couldn’t receive the SMS on my international phone when I called customer service, so I couldn’t book the shuttle and just had to wait for it to show up on its own. Luckily, it came pretty frequently.
