IX RENTAL CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN JAPAN

Really good

Car was great and the staff were really professional.

Staffs are great! Very accommodating, helpful. Japanese/Chinese speaking. Reliable, no hassle.

The staff were really professional and friendly.

Had a lot of trouble finding the shuttle bus to send me to the pick up location, the store did not wait for me and i had to pick up the next day instead. disappointing service

Really happy with everything, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Staff were really friendly and there was almost no waiting in line. The only downside is it’s a bit far from the airport, but they provide a shuttle so it’s not a big issue.

Customer service replied super fast, pickup and return were really efficient, and everyone was very polite with zero hard selling.

The staff proactively reached out with all the info I needed, and contacted me right after I landed to arrange a shuttle to the store. The whole handover process was quick and smooth.

Really happy with this self-drive trip – the staff were super friendly, explained everything clearly, and the car was in great condition. After we returned the car, they even arranged a ride to the airport.

Very satisfied with the rental company, everything went smoothly.

The car was a bit old and had around 146,000 km on it, but it still ran well and overall I was pretty happy with it.

Great value for the price

1) The shop is really close to our guesthouse (near 天下茶屋東). It was about a 7-minute walk and the bright yellow awning made it super easy to spot.
2) The in-store staff and the customer service team are different people, but the客服 replies were very fast. Even late at night they responded right away and helped sort things out with the store, so I didn’t have to repeat everything myself. Really hassle-free.
3) We rented a child seat, but the size/length wasn’t quite right so my kid felt uncomfortable. After I told客服, they immediately coordinated with the store to see how to improve things. In the end we barely used the seat because it was digging into the child and he ended up not using it for all 4 days. On the return day I also gave feedback to the store in person and they clearly told me to apply for a refund through客服.
4) The staff’s service was great overall. At the end they even helped drop us off at a nearby mall to meet our friends, which nicely wrapped up our rental experience.

Thank you!

Pick-up and drop-off were super convenient.

This was an awesome car rental experience! The staff were super friendly, everything was processed really quickly, and there were no sneaky extra charges at all. The car was in even better shape than I expected, really clean inside with no strange smells. Pick-up and return were totally hassle-free. I’ll definitely choose this company again next time I need a rental.

Super satisfied overall—the car was in great condition, the service was spot on, and they responded to any questions really quickly. Definitely a rental company worth recommending.

Really great service! My flight was delayed and they actually stayed late after closing just to wait for me. I’m super grateful!~

Great prices for what you get
