Self-service pickup and return must be arranged during branch business hours. If you are unable to complete pickup or return within the business hours of the scheduled day, it must be postponed to the next business day, and additional rental fees will be charged according to our policy.

It is required to carry the original IDP issued by a government-authorized agency in the version of the 1949 convention, in the A6-sized booklet paper format, and the number of seats of the rented vehicle should comply with the driving category authorized by the IDP.
